Our services include but are not limited to analytics dashboards, data integration, reporting tools, consultation services, and technical support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.
User Obligations
As a user of gridhubnexae services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of our services, or use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content.
Data and Privacy

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gridhubnexae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Service Availability
Whilst we strive to maintain high availability of our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or technical difficulties.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after termination.
